Day 77: December 11, 2012

I PASSED ALL MY CLASSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!! Not only did I pass them, I made two A's and two B's!!! Dean's list here I come!! Horrah!!! I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Relieved! All this time I was so worried about my Grammar class and I did it!!! NOW I can finally relax and enjoy Christmas break!! Today I hung out around the house and did some chores and Megan  came over and we finished up Andrew's sweater for the party. It turned out awesome!!

Lunch- Leftover Chili and Spanish rice

Dinner- Two tapatias with refried beans, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos and Spanish rice

Dinner Dessert- Peach pie!

Day 76: December 10, 2012

Today was my first, official day off from school and I had to drive all the way back to school to return my last rental book. I forgot to bring the cds that go with the book on Friday, so I had to drive all the way down there just to take them back today. UGH! But.......I don't have to go back up to Jacksonville until January 7th!!! YAY! I find out tomorrow what I made in my classes. I'm so nervous!! After tomorrow I'll be able to relax! I'm so excited for the holiday festivities coming up! I mailed out all of our Christmas cards today and I finished up a couple of sweaters for the party on Saturday. We just have a little more shopping to do, but we  are ready for Christmas! I am going to keep trying to make good decisions with my eating and exercise when I can, but I'm ready for a break. All last semester I felt like my whole life was consumed by going to classes,exercising, eating and sleeping. I finally have some time to myself and I really want to relax and enjoy the time I have off. I am still going to exercise some, but I'm not going to worry about it as much until after the new year. The most important thing this holiday season is to spend as much time with my friends and family.

Breakfast- Apple cinnamon oatmeal, with almonds and a banana

Lunch- Leftover tapatias with chile rellenos and Spanish rice

Dinner- A bowl of chili with some tortilla chips, corn muffins, and some cheese

Dessert- Apple pie and vanilla ice cream

Day 75: December 9, 2012

Today was a lazy Sunday! We just hung around the house and watched tv all day long! It was fabulous!
Lunch- Two kidney bean tapatias with cilantro and Spanish rice

Dessert- Lunch and dinner :-/ 2 Christmas tree cakes!! mmmmm!!!!!

Snack- Popcorn

Dinner- Two chile rellenos on top of a black bean tapatia with Spanish rice

Exercise for the day- Nothing!

Day 74: December 8, 2012

Holy cow! I thought I was going to have some free time, but nope! We stayed busy all weekend long! Today we had a lovely brunch with Megan and then we hung around the house until our bowling date with all our friends. We met up with Zach, Kanina, Bryan, Christy, and Andrew for some bowling fun at Paradise Lanes in Rainbow City! It was a freakin blast! We got into teams, Boys vs Girls, and the competition got really heated! We sadly lost to the boys, but we made up for our bad bowling skills in our team spirit! After bowling we went out to this awesome Mexican place and had dinner. The restaurant had this amazing horse statue, complete with saddle and a hat to wear, so we had no choice, but to pose for about 1000 pictures! BEST NIGHT EVER! :) Oh yeah I just remembered....the Christmas pictures I posted for today are actually from Sunday......Whoopsie! Oh well!
Lunch Dessert- Two Orange cupcakes (100 cals each)

Brunch- Two kidney bean tapatias with fried potatoes, cilantro, avocado, banana, pancakes and syrup.
