Lunch- Sandwich on a French bread bun, with one slice of pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and some chips.
Snack- Spicy hummus, corn tortilla, and tortilla chips
Dinner- Rotinni with garlic, olive oil, sauteed onion, tomato, corn, basil, and half a French bread bun with a little margarine
Dessert- a big bowl of watermelon
Drinks- Water all day and one diet coke
